Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging (when applicable). To initiate your return, please email support@xspecial.co with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@xspecial.co within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the claim with the carrier and, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take some time to appear. If, after that, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@xspecial.co.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email support@xspecial.co.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your final refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
