Shipping Costs & Destinations

  • Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your package within 4–7 business days from the date of your order.

Carriers We use major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL) to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages  If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@xspecial.co within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the claim with the carrier and, at our option, replace the item or issue a full refund. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs.
